Why did we choose to use recycled fabrics to design the baby's first swimsuit?
At upandfast, we always believe that the baby's first swimsuit is not just a piece of clothing, but also a choice - about care, responsibility, and the future.
When we set out to design this one-piece swimsuit for girls, the first consideration was not the color or fashion, but how to truly design a safe, comfortable, environmentally friendly and functional swimsuit for children.
In research and practice, we finally made a firm decision - to choose recycled fabrics as the core material of the swimsuit.

More than 300 million tons of plastic waste are generated worldwide each year, a large amount of which flows into the ocean, posing a continuous threat to the ecosystem and future generations. Although the maternal and infant industry is a symbol of softness and love, the chemical fibers, packaging, and transportation methods used in its supply chain are often not environmentally friendly.
We hope to break this status quo.
The fabrics selected by upandfast come from recycled plastic bottles and marine waste regenerated fibers, which significantly reduce resource consumption and carbon footprint while ensuring softness and comfort.
